Our sense of what is right and what is wrong, including compassion and appreciation for the natural world is developed through storytelling and exposure. I believe Molly Jolly and her adventures at the bottom of the Earth have a great potential to build love and respect for all living things, as well as instill in children a sense of duty that we must do better for our planet, and ultimately ourselves.
